I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Kingston, NY) in Dec 2022
Interview
I applied for the job through LinkedIN and then was reached out to by a Talent Aquisition Specialist from Enterprise Holdings. I originally heard about the job because I had a couple friends who currently work for Enterprise and they spoke very highly of the place. I hopped on a 15-30 minure zoom call with the Talent Aquisition Specialist and they asked me a bunch of questions and then at the end of the interview scheduled me to meet with the area & regional manager at the location I was applying to work at. Went in to the branch and for the first 15 minutes was shown around the workplace by the assistant branch manager & then had a 45-60 minute interview with the area & regional manager. At the end of the interview they told me that I would hear back from them by the end of the week & that there would not be another round of interviews. In the end I did not get an offer & I found out by going onto the Enterprise Career Portal. So they essentially lie when they tell you that they will get back to you. Overall, this all happened in less than 2 weeks so one positive is that you can get hired really quick with Enterprise with this role. Also if you are someone with more than a BS or BA, like myself, then I definetely do not suggest applying for this job because they will ask you a lot of questions about why you extended your education and are applying for an entry level position at Enterprise.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Enterprise? Speak about a time where you showed resiliency in the workplace? Speak about a time where you dealt with a difficult cusomter. Speak about a time where you showed leadership in the workplace.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2022
Interview
1st interview was virtual via Microsoft teams, and was quite average. Questions were more so like "How competitive are you?" "What made you choose enterprise?" "When have you shown leadership?" I answered everything and tied it to core values of the company. Recruiter seemed impressed and said "I'd like to extend a 2nd in-person interview, what day are you free" I gave a day, and was given instructions on what to wear, and a brief explanation on what to expect. Told me I'd be messaged soon for the time on the day I gave. Never was given and I waited until the day the 2nd interview was supposed to happen for the message. I rather be rejected than told I have a 2nd interview, given lots of info, only to be ghosted.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Aug 2022
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. One video call with an HR representative, an in person interview with the area manager, and then a final interview with the Regional VP. The interview process was very straightforward and they were very focused on making sure it was a good fit for me as well as for the company.
