I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Portland, OR)
Interview
I sought this position at the age of 30 with about 3 jobs behind me and went through 4 interviews:
1.) Phone interview with HR recruiter (30 min): Tell me about a time you had a difficult customer. A time you had to bring a group of people together towards a common goal. A time when you displayed leadership qualities. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why Enterprise? The best and worst part about your last job? A time when you persuaded a customer to see things your way. A time you had a disagreement with your boss.
2.) Face to face interview with same HR Recruiter (60 min): Tell me about yourself. Describe a time when you were in a competitive environment/situation. A time you were in a situation so difficult that it brought you to your breaking point. A time you had to think on your feet to extricate yourself from a difficult situation. A time when you found it difficult to build a successful relationship with a colleague.
3.) Panel Interview with Branch and Area Manager (45 min): Some similar S.T.A.R. format questions that I answered the exactly same way and then some additional questions: What are your career goals? What do you expect to gain from this company? What do you expect from management at this company?
4.) Face to face with Group Manager: Most questions focused on my past work experience and the reasons behind why I chose those jobs, why I left, and again what my future goals are with my career. I had to explain all past sales goals and how I attained those goals.

Question 1
A few questions in the panel interview (#3) were rooted in the "Why Enterprise?" question-- I was prepared to answer this ONE way, but they caught me off guard when they kept digging deeper. I had to come up with other reasons that backed up my already prepared answer.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2012
Interview
I arrived to the headquarters location. I was greeted very nicely. The interview process was about an hr long. The questions were very detailed surprisingly. Make sure you bring a copy of your resume.

Question 1
what are you strenghts and weaknessess? But they are very picky about your answer. Dont say something like your weakness is that you work too hard sometimes and that you take your work home. They want real straight up answers.
If you had a huge group of strong leaders in one room. How would you deterimine which strong leader is the best. How would you pick that one person out of a group of even more strong leaders?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Springfield, MA) in Feb 2012
Interview
I applied for the Sales Management Trainee position online and received an e-mail to schedule an interview within a few days (I'm pretty sure they do this with everyone that applies with at least the minimum requirements).
The branch in Springfield was very straight forward about what to expect (salary, defined amount of hours, duties, meeting numbers to move up, etc.).
The interview went well. I didn't get the job, but I have nothing against them as a company.
