I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Sacramento, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
4 rounds of interviews, the first one being an informational call about the internship. Then an interview with the Talent Specialist, Area Manager and then finally the Branch Manager. All were separate interviews and took around 30-45 minutes. I had a great experience and loved working for Enterprise!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you competitive, if so how do you rank 1-10? Do you like working in Sales? Would you pursue a career with Enterprise when the internship is over?

Interview
Video interview done online. They use Microsoft Teams, which isn't super compatible with chromebooks, androids, or macs (the mac was my dad's and used as a last resort before I finally got it to work on my chromebook). Zoom or skype work just fine on all devices, but I guess they like to be difficult. The woman I spoke with could not have been less interested in talking to me. She was late, asked a couple questions, and then let me ask mine. I mostly had questions based on reviews of current and former employees (even the positive ones raised some questions). She became extremely defensive and somewhat condescending when I asked something as simple as "How can a rental car company be driven by sales goals?"

Interview
the interview process went great, they asked a bunch of behavioral questions about handling different situations and customer service skills. it was a very very straight forward interview. it was only the first interview, classic first interview questions for sure.
