Straightforward interview questions with needed background knowledge on the company, structure and expectations going into the role. They do mention that the hours are very long for almost little pay so take that as you will. Although 50k sounds a lot, it's is nearly 10-11 hours per day with weekends.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Springdale, AR) in Jun 2025
Interview
Went through an initial phone interview, which is exactly the same as the 2nd and final interview. The second one takes place at the branch you'll work at, and feels more personal and decides if you meet the regional manager. In my instnace, I had to drive a 500 mile round trip for the final interview and was later informed I didn't get the job with no explanation. I reached out, and recieved no response till I got an automated message from a job board and reached out again.
