I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Temple, TX) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process was fairly quick and easy. I had an initial phone screening, a zoom interview the next day, a branch interview the following week, and a final interview with the group rental manager. The branch interview consisted of about an hour of shadowing the employees at the branch, and interacting with the customers. Following that hour, was a normal interview. I received a call the same day setting up a final interview that was typical with most other interviews. I received the offer the next day. So, overall it took about 4 interviews and two weeks to get an offer. Everyone was extremely kind and thoroughly explained what they were looking for, and what a career at Enterprise will look like.
