I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Evansville, IN) in Nov 2010
Interview
I applied online and received a call regarding the MT position. I talked to the recruiter about basic questions online regarding the position - such as "you do understand the position will work near 50 hours a week and you will make 31k?". I agreed and then was set up with an interview with a recruiter about a week later. Then the next week, I was asked to be recruited by an area manager. Pretty standard behavioral questions, nothing too off the wall. A week later, I was asked to have a third interview, but decided to pursue other endeavors.

Interview
I went to a career fair at my school and met an ERAC recruiter. I gave them my resume and I had a call that week to meet for an interview. I hung out at the branch and got an idea of the day to day activities. The 2nd interview was with a manager and got into more detail about daily responsibilities. After a 3rd interview I was accepted.
