The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jan 2010
Interview
Interviewed by phone to qualify for personal interview. The personal interview went well, standard questions were asked and I was given the job description and benefits package. Second "observational interview" was set up and attended. Consisted of asking questions from a guide given by the initial interviewing person' These questions consisted of, "in what way is teamwork performed on a daily basis here?" or "would you ever call your job dificult?" or "do you ever have angry customers?" and finally "how often must you wash the company cars?" It was mostly just observing the company branch in which you'd be placed before your second interview with the area manager. This interview went well, all questions were answered in a clear cohesive manner but due to my limited (but steadily increasing) knowledgeof the surrounding area and just one year of sales experience I had some uncertainty in obtaining the position. I didn't fail the interview by any means but I wasn't contacted for a third as I was told I would either. In fact none of my calls have been returned but after a month I decided their employment definitaly wasn't worth my time.
