Interview
I applied online on their website and was contacted by an HR rep a few days later. I completed a personality test and then was called the next day for a 1 on 1 interview with that same HR women. The questions they asked were very basic...like weaknesses, goals, and what not. They say it's a manager training job but you can tell its a sales job just like very thing else.

Interview
Filled out application online and was called the next day by HR interviewer. Met with him a couple of days later for 1st interview asking typical situational questions and about past work/education. Went on second interview early the next week with a branch manager for 2nd interview. The interview was supposed to also include area manager but he was too busy. That interview consisted of even more, in-depth situational questions. I have 5+ years of customer service background, but not much sales which made him think I couldn't handle the job. Manager made me sell him a pen to see how I would respond. He said several times that he thought my customer service background was great, but since I might not be able to sell insurance to customers, he didn't know if I would be a good fit. The third interview is with the regional VP guy and is really more of a formality, if you make it to this interview then you are hired. Pay for manager trainees is $28,000-$32,000 with you working 49 hours per week.

Interview
I applied online. I got a call a week ago to set up a phone interview. I spoke to the recruiter, and now I have a 1:1 interview with him at his office. He spoke about the four different interviews for the opportunity to be considered for the program. I have not yet had the second interview, but this website has helped out immensely!
