Enterprise Mobility Management Trainee Program interview questions

Three interviews are required plus an observation day. All are 1-1.5 hours (observation is longer even though they say it isn’t). Each interview is essentially the same. I was told not to worry about accepting an offer until I finished my interviews with other companies but then had my offer terminated anyway. I noticed these people tended to have a hard time admitting mistakes and always wanted to make sure they didn’t look bad. That seemed indicative of the type of people who will rise in the company. Boo.

It was a short phone interview basically going over and confirming everything I had already written in my application form. It was very redundant and basically a waste of time.
