Interview
The interview process is highly based on your ability to become a customer service driven sales associate. First you will have a phone screening, and then you will have an oppurtunity to come in for a in person. You will enter the branch and be asked to wait in the lobby. Followed by someone eventually coming to get you to either show you around or go straight for the interview. Usually with a branch manager and the area manager. If that goes well, then you'll end up going for a final 3rd interview at the airport. Sames topics covered by Regional manager.

The Interview Process was really good. There are 3 different interviews. First with talent acquisition. The second interview is 1 hour of shadowing and an interview with a branch manager. The final interview is with the area Director.

It was very professional. The HR only asked questions that are important to the work. However I could not go on to the next round due to visa sponsorship.
