The interview was structure but casual to the extent where in it felt more relaxed than any other interviews I had. The questions were entirely based on competencies and may be a bit hard if you do not have any past experience.

Interview
A series of interviews that consisted of both phone calls and in-person conversations. Everyone was super nice and seemed to genuinely care that you were there. You even come in an hour early to one of the locations and observe "a day in the life" before an interview. The final interview is with the regional VP

The process went by very quickly. They were very blunt on the questions asked, and what they expected from me. I am about to graduate and get my bachelors degree and this job opens a lot of opportunity based on what I was told. Must have sales/customer service skills.
