Interview
There is a four step process.
First you have a interview on the phone with the recruiter.
Next in person interview with that recruiter.
Third interview is an in person interview with a manager.
Last is the interview with the district manager.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (El Paso, TX) in May 2014
Interview
For me, I had to do an interview over the phone. Then spent 1 hour at the actual store with the Assistant manager to experience a regular day in rental. After that I had an interview one on one with the area manager. An with the Assistant manager and Area Manager recommendation I had a third interview. As side note, the interview process for other position are very similar with the exception of the shadowing day at the actual branch. At least for me.

Interview
I met one of their HR person at a hiring event and was contacted on the phone for brief questions about my resume then was asked to sign up for an interview through their system. I interviewed with the same HR manager I met at the hiring event then she advanced me to the second round at the local branch for branch observation and interview with the area and branch manager. A week later the area manager called and extended the offer.
Tell me about a time questions like when you had to make a difficult sale, when you went out of your way to help a customer, when you succeeded/failed, didn’t achieve your goal and how you handled it, what you learned from it, when you couldn’t make a sale, when you had to fight to get your point across..
