Interview
Easy. In and out in under an hour. Very relaxed and pleasant. Brief. Easy going. Super lax. Best interview I've ever done in all my years of interviewing for different places to work and such. Yeah yeah!

Interview
First a phone interview with the hiring manager, then they will set up a face to face interview. I had the area manager and a branch manager for the face to face. Basic "how would you handle an upset customer" questions. More of a focus on customer service than cleaning cars. Then off to corporate for paperwork and done. No drug test which surprised me considering it's for a job which has a daily duty of driving customers. They might have you interview at a completely different location from where you'll work.
