3 interviews. Two phone, one at local branch. The last interview is the longest. The first two by phone seem like screenings to ensure you qualify. The branch manager interviews you after getting a walk through with another manager trainee.

Company reached out to me on Indeed. I had a short correspondence before a debrief through HR associate then scheduled a proper interview on zoom. Interview went as planned and then got snubbed with a rejection despite them being the ones who reached out first.
