Interview
It was structured as a 3 step process: phone interview, skills assessment, final on-site interview. Received an offer about 2 weeks after final interview. Good experience overall and would interview again.
The interview was pretty normal; they just asked basic questions about what I wanted to get out of my job, and what I would bring to the table. They require you to take an assessment that involves some coding, and has a few other analytical questions.

First submitted resume, and was then invited to schedule a phone interview, a personality test, and a skills assessment test. The phone interview was with a current employee and was a low-stress experience overall.
