I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic in Feb 2021
Interview
There were two stages in the process: a ~30 minute phone interview and a 3-4 hour session. The second session involved several presentations about the company and its software, and had two interviews at the end (a software "case study" and a non-technical interview with a recruiter).
Overall, I thought the interviewers were welcoming and friendly, and did not feel intimidated throughout the process.

Interview
Their phone interview was relatively quick and simple, the recruiter had a few questions then asked you if you had any questions of your own. The skills assessment was the next step, in which they gave me multiple different types of assessments to finish while on a time limit.
