I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Jun 2021
Interview
Initial Phone Screen, Online assessments (3-4 hours), followed by full day onsite interview consisting of a company breakdown, discussion with those in the role, presentation, case study, and final HR behavioral interview.
I initially applied for Project Manager but they made me interview for both PM and Technical Solutions Engineer. After the on-site interview, I had to take a coding assessment, which was 4 medium level Leetcode questions that was limited to around 2-3 hours total.
I received the initial phone screen two days after my initial application, along with the email for the assessments. After taking the assessments, I was offered an onsite interview after a week. Exactly 2 weeks after my interview, my recruiter sent me an offer.

The process is very intense. Three or more hours of explanation, exams, and a presentation I had to create. The exams were both logic games and a personality test. I was preparing for weeks.

Question 1
Explain a process that you find interesting. This can be any process - manufacturing, distribution of products, or a method to create something.
Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.
Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.
