There were multiple steps to the interview, including an assessment of a website and a test to see how you respond to stressful situations and manage your time. During the actual interview part, they focused on asking about your strengths and weaknesses.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Newburgh, IN) in Dec 2022
Interview
I did not get a proper interview at Epic. I applied online for the Quality Managed position, and within a day, I had gotten scheduled a role introduction via zoom. They also had me take an aptitude test. I was told via email that my camera would be turned off and there would be a Q&A at the end for any questions I had. Whenever I got on the zoom call with a current Quality Manager, they presented a PowerPoint presentation to me. The only time I got to speak was at the Q&A where I asked 2 questions. I never once received a phone screening, which I thought that that was strange. They never asked me any questions about my resume. After the role introduction, they scheduled my assessments. After that, I emailed Epic and asked about what a typical application process was and why I never received a proper interview, and they dodged that question. I waited 8 days for a response back. Yesterday, I received a rejection email from them. I do feel that the process was unfair, and that they were stringing me along. I’m an English major, however, on their website it says they consider all backgrounds. I feel that that’s not necessarily true considering they didn’t even allow me to have an interview with them and talk about my academic background. Others reviews I have seen online have said that they all received a phone screening. I do feel that they weren’t ever interested in me as a candidate, and the company should’ve honest from the beginning.
You apply for PM or TS, and they may let you know you are also considered for QM role. The interview includes the presentation that you have to make. I think it is effectively the same as PM but you are judged for PM (IS) or QM.

Interview
3+ hour intense proctored assessment (coding, math, logic, and reasoning), followed by a 4-hour long interview "day" with some information sessions, a case interview, a 10-minute presentation, and then a screening with HR. Fun process.
