      Project Manager Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic

      Interview

Online application with resume, 2 hour exam, 30 min phone interview, and personality "test", if your lucky you'll get invited for onsite interview. The exam included programing language which, if you have no experience, look up online. Even a little bit of basic knowledge and terminology will help you. Be quick but accurate. It took me about 90 min to complete and it isn't torturous, but it isn't simple. The phone interview isn't as important as the test, but it's more for weeding out really awful candidates. If you are prompt at replying to them the whole process can take 2 weeks from application to onsite interviews, it's all based on your availability. They always responded to me within 24 hours (Often less). Just because you are invited to campus for the onsite, doesn't mean you will receive an offer, they invite anyone who is smart enough to campus, but to get the offer you need to wow them with your personality and presentation skills. Also no PowerPoint is allowed for the 10 min presentation

      Interview

Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.

      Interview

Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.

      Interview

After submitting the application, there was a personality assessment and a technical assessment to test your thinking skills. The technical assessment had 4 parts, some of which took a long time(~1.5 hours) while others were quick.
