Interview
Intense assessments on coding (testing to see how quickly you pick it up), math, logic, and behavioral based questions- multiple hours long and you were not allowed to have a hat, wear headphones, be in a public space, have other tabs open, utilize your phone, or leave during the assessment. AI recognition software utilized to detect disruptions
I asked for my results and was told they are confidential
Phone interview - standard, mostly more info about the job and life at epic. No information on pay or relocation package.
I asked at the end of the interview if there were any concerns about me as a candidate and was told there were none and a was a great fit and to expect a call from HR for the next step in a week. I got an email that I was not selected for the next round. After emailing and asking for feedback and clarification, I was told they do not offer feedback on the interview process
