I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2021
Interview
First step was a long online test interview this was proctored and featured mainly typical leetcode problems. This test was 2 hours for me and afterwards I had a phone interview which asked about some basic interview questions and more leetcode esque questions. Very archaic in interview process but understandable considering how many people apply.

Interview
I had a ~45 min phone interview where I was basically asked why I wanted to work there and to describe a project I'd worked on. Then I took a brutal ~3.5 hour online exam which had a few logic questions and then 4 coding problems. After that, because of covid I spent 4 hours chatting with various people. There was a little bit of testing a this stage but no code (mostly asking how you'd approach something). Everyone was very nice and respectful.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2021
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me via email and suggested that I apply for the position. I was interested, but wanted to learn more about the company. When I suggested meeting to talk through some questions, the recruiter told me to just apply, and that my questions would be answered during the interview process. Immediately after submitting my application, I was asked to complete a long personality profile test to be taken before my first phone interview. Once the phone interview was scheduled, I was also asked to register for a multi-hour proctored skills assessment, to take place before the phone screening.
During the phone screening, the interviewer seemed disengaged and uninterested in my responses. They were not prepared to answer my questions, and instead spoke about unrelated topics. I was not able to have my questions answered.
