Interview
The company came to a campus career fair and encouraged to apply online. After applying online, they asked for a phone interview. The phone interview was easy. Then came the online assessment. I had to get a proctor to watch that the online assessment was done without cheating. The assessment comprised of three parts. I didn't get after the assessment part.

Interview
Get contact with one of the HR talking about ur background and his/her experience. Then a OA consists of four parts: Math, 2mins quick math, learn a new language and answer some question on API, four coding questions. The coding questions are somewhat long and tedious but not required to OJ, thus sudo code in some extent is allowed. If you crack the OA, we got onsite where basically they tried to impress you.
The phone interview went pretty good. Just talking with my background and what they are doing right now. At the online coding test, I failed it. The question is pretty simple. 3 questions totally. But I haven't prepare for it at that time.
