I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2022
Interview
Sent my CV in.
Stage 1 : Received an email to complete an aptitude test. This is a basic coding challenge (study your arrays , loops , integers)
Stage 2 : 5 more coding questions in front of an engineer. Engineer very helpful to help settle the nerves. Again these were easy (easier than leet code easy). Just study the generals , maps , loops , data comparisons and you should be okay.
Stage 3 : This was a presentation on a project. Preferably an individual one , or if group project outline your contributions. After presentation some questions following it. Then some basic java , CS questions.
All around a nice quick process , how all interviews should be carried out , not left waiting weeks to find out if you progress but generally a day or 2 between stage 2 and 3. Very friendly and easy to talk to
Overall the interview was medium difficult. During the interview communication skills is a pluce. I was asked to do a presentation on a selected topic. Doing your research and presenting skills is a plus too.

Interview
After submitting an application they'll ask for a copy of your grades. After about a week I was selected for a coding assessment, it was a simple 1 question assessment (leetcode easy). I got contacted again for a senior developer assisted coding assessment over Microsoft teams. You are given 45 mins and 5 questions, again pretty easy (leetcode easy), followed by an aptitude test and and interview with yet another senior developer and a manager. You need to have a presentation ready about a project you work on, preferably solo project. During the interview you can expect the usual Java theory questions: memory management, oop, work experience questions etc.
