Ericsson Internship interview questions

after the coding assessment I received an interview invitation with the hiring mangers interested in my profile and results then it took 16 days to receive a second notice to a second interview with one of the team leaders the interviews overall was so friendly i didn't have problem solving questions or deep technical ones

All have done remotely. Using video recording to answer question in a specific platform named modern digital interview. They are a little slow to send feedback. I believe that having a reference from Ericsson increases the chance of getting interview or even position.
