I attended a recruitment fair and handed my CV to a manager on the Ericsson stand. Approx 6 weeks later I was invited to an interview . I attended a lengthy (2.5 hours) interview with Technical manager and HR which covered both competency and technical questions.

Technical round is pretty difficult where I was asked about my projects and HR round is all about our mind set. When compared to other companies this company interview is very cool
