It was nice, just a few steps but nothing unusual. I highly recommend determining the position you want to work with before applying for the job. Try to get in contact with people on linkedin before, and understand the process

I applied through college or university. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Ericsson (Athlone)
Interview
The interview was friendly and quick. Questions from the interview focused on relevant skills. Communication was clear, and the team was professional. Overall, a positive experience with a smooth process.

It was a very relaxed interview process. First round was a behavioral with HR, make sure to know the company and its history. Second round is with your manager, few technical but still was mostly behavioral.

Tell me about a challenge you faced while in college, and what did you do to overcome it?
There were 3 rounds. 1st was with HR, 2nd Virtual with some mix of technical and behavioural questions. 3rd was open ended technical questions that looked more like system design.
