Very chill interview, interviewers were very nice and asked general questions. Was asked to do a coding question called "Fuzz Buzz" which you can find online, it is very easy.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Stockholm, ) in Feb 2023
Interview
Three interviews (hr, hr manager, and tech) and they are not difficult.
Although (based on the hr) they want a person who has excellent programming skills, good leadership experience, but also customer or stakeholder-facing experience, for a not-even-senior position.
After passing those interviews, they asked for three references. During this, the hr team pushed me for finishing the reference procedure as soon as possible, at the beginning of the step. However, after the references have been submitted, they took more than one week to tell you they decided to choose an internal candidate.
Yes, exactly as what other interviewees reviewed in Glassdoor. Their position (in Sweden) might be open only to internal people. Such a waste of referrers' time and energy, and this also shows zero consideration for candidates.
