Panel interview, hiring manager, HR and different unit heads. They are asking you to prepare a business case before the interview. While you are presenting they are asking questions some are relevant with the case some are not

It was 3 steps process: 1- HR call 2- The Hr sent me some questions about my background and experience and asked me to fill it out and sent it back to the Hr 3- Interview with the hiring manager to discuss more about the role
