Process started swiftly, simple questions, not too deep into technicalities of the job profile. Was expecting a deeper analysis on background, experience and achievements, and what could the benefits I can bring to improve the performances of the organization.

First I applied through Internet to Ericsson's R&D Summer Internship program at 2017, 31. December. And then at 2018, 16. Jannuary I got a email from Ericsson. there was Hirevue Interview link. Hirevue program consisted of 7 random questions. After that I could get Real person to person Interview.
