Ericsson interview questions

It took 2 to 3 month, starting with some online tests, practical group exercise in the company, than one interview and after this I received an offer. During the interview they allowed me to make a lot of questions, which made me feel more comfortable and even had the chance to make it clear which area and position interested me more.

First I was introduced to the position, what my responsibilities will be and what the average day will look like. Then I was asked several questions about my previous experience and qualifications as well as what I will bring to the team. After that I was given a chance to ask questions if I had any.
