Ericsson interview questions

3 Rounds. 1 Tech, 2 HR First was the Tech round. It was face 2 face. Then they asked me to wait and then I had a panel round with 2 HRs. After few days One Hr called me and after a short interview she finalized.

First I had and Interview with the HR recruiter who found my CVthrough kariera site and then after having IQ and psychometric test I had an interview with he Director who was responsible for the hiring. The process took more than 3 hours and was accomplished the same day.
