Interview
IT was a 2 round interview , Both being 1 on 1 rounds, Technical and managerial respectively. First Interview was Process Knowledge Oriented, Interviewer was Knowledgeable and asked all the relevant objective and subjective questions. He understood what the position is and what kind of candidate would justice it.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ericsson (Bhubaneshwar) in Jan 2017
Interview
Ericsson visited our University on 24 Jan 2017. Mainly they recruit from ECE, CSE and IT but this time they recruited EEE and E&I students from our campus.
Total 392 students appeared for the online test.
And remember each round is an elimination.
I'm from EEE.
So, the whole process of the day was as follows:
1. PPT.
2. Online Test - 45 questions, 45 minutes.
- No Negative Marking.
Total 3 sections viz.
-> Quantitative Aptitude (15 Questions).
-Mainly from HCF & LCM.
- Geometry (8th class standard)
- Problems on Ages.
- Percentage.
- Profit & Loss.
- Ratio & Proportion.
- Partnership.
- Interest.
- Speed and Time.
- Bar Graph/Line graph/Pie chart.
-> Logical and Verbal Reasoning (15 Questions).
- Series.
- Coding and Decoding.
- Statement argument.(Syllogism)
- Blood relation.
- Direction sense.
- Seating arrangement (1 arrangement was given and asked 4/5 questions)
- An Flow chart (was given and asked 5 question from that)
-> Verbal Aptitude (15 Questions).
-Practice IndiaBix, Passages are uncertain so do it accordingly.
Time is very less so do it wisely.
After aptitude test, Total shortlisted: 162.
3. GD: Generally GD is conducted for checking of communication and Thinking over a topic (Said by Ericsson Official).But this time they didn't conduct as they confirmed to check during interview. But I suggest you practice GD too.

Interview
3 Round interview. First with HR which included Aptitude test, group discussion ability, characteristics analysis. Second was with reporting manager which was sort of technical interview. 3rd one was with reporting manager and department manager. Technical questions are not that difficult but the non-technical questions are tricky. Overall they will evaluate whether you would fit into the Ericsson's corporate culture or not.
