Two rounds of interview followed with HR. I have joined Ericsson after my B-Tech and Technical interview is regarding the Networking concepts. Second round is about the Prepaid concepts like basic call flow and mediation concepts. Third round was HR round which is about why i want to join Ericsson , what are my hobbies.

interviewed by the HR department. Questions are about my academic background and why should they hire me and then discussed the contents of the contract. It was an easy interview. and I was hired on the same day. The HR representative was very pleasing to deal with and very responsive to my emails and texts.
