Interview
One-to-one question answering process, followed by online programming test. Overall it is not difficult, and most of the questions are about basics of C and C++ such as inheritance and virtual function. The online assessment is also a fairly simple programming challenge about finding the closest common ancestor in a perfect binary tree. Took ~30 minutes to code and some more time to debug and deal with corner cases. Submitted it within one hour and finally got the offer.

Interview
Only one phone interview with a senior engineer and a manager with few questions about communications theory and current wireless standards. Manager was very easy going and professional and did most of the talking. Did not tell me a lot about the position as they were still figuring out details.
