I applied online for the role. And the interview was online. Pretty casual interview. I got a little bit nervous. It was a technical interview. The interviewer's English were horrible, I could not get exactly what he was asking. Questions were not very easy but logical.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ericsson
Interview
Received a call about a week after I applied, asking if I could come into the office the next day for an interview. Met with one of the software managers who interviewed me, followed by a coding challenge, and then afterwards another programmer joined and he started asking some more technical questions
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Budapest) in May 2014
Interview
It was a few years ago, but I'll try to recall it.
After I applied for the job I was contacted within one or two days by HR. The interview process is kind of simple. The first round is a series of tests. You are free to chose from tests related to C, C++, Java, Hardware, Networking, maybe more. The more you fill out the better you're chances are. There is also some kind of a personality test and an IQ test.
Then you receive some info in email about the projects with openings to see what kind of possibilities there are.
The second round is a face-to-face interview with managers. Basically anyone can be there who has a project with an open position. It is not too technical, but there may be technical questions. The managers tell you what their projects are and you can say whichever you are interested in.
Then you receive a phone call with an offer from your future manager.
