Ericsson interview questions

On Campus Interview. Interview process mainly had 3 rounds. First, a simple Online test consisting of technical and aptitude questions. Second round had group discussion followed by a technical interview. Group discussion was on topic related to current trend and technical round had few basic technical questions related to Telecommunication architecture and also I had to describe about my final year project. Final round was the easiest of all, where interviewer asked some simple HR questions such as why do you want to join Ericsson.

Basic interview format, Interview style is based on the hiring manager. The interview was very short and direct for me. I interviewed with my direct manager and their superior as well.
