Ericsson interview questions

I applied for an application developer position online on their website. I received an phone call for an interview from one of their recruiters. I went to Mississuaga for the interview and met with the person who later became my manager. It was a very easy interview. I asked a lot about the workplace and why I liked Ericsson. He really liked this and he spent some time talking about the company.

Assessment center took the whole day.It included introduction of the company, the department and a detailed description of the job, role plays based on different situations to determine the analytical and problem solving skills, and finally an interview with the hiring manager and HR.
