Interview
I applied for several positions at Ericsson Tallinn, but first got denied. Finally received one interview invitation for Manufacturing Engineer. During first round I was interviewed by 3 people: HR specialist, Manager of ME dept and Manager of Technology dept. Interview held in 3 languages: Estonian, English and Russian. At second tour got production tour and some refining description of proposed job.

Aptitude test, followed by group discussion on Natura topics like hard work versus smart work then basic telecom related personal interview finally hr round which is a mere formality. Aptitude questions are conducted by cocubes. There will be pi charts and some basic Qa. English will be normal rs agarwal standard. And reasoning is also of average type
