I didn't actually apply, I was contacted by them directly, the interview was more like explaining the situation they were in, why they needed someone with my skills, and what should I expect if I join.

Applied through College. Had a GD round and post the shortlist, there were about 4 rounds of interview. The questions were mostly situational and behavioral. Also general technical inclination was tested. Telecom knowledge in general was preferred. Came for sales roles and hence convincing my capability with respect to negotiations, people management, etc. became important. Interviewers were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout.

Interview
You will be hired only if politics is not done by hiring manager and it's rest of interviewers.
Three rounds of technical interview and one round of managerial. They don't listen to your answers, they only want wht they need. If you don't answer a single question you are out.
They expect you to answer fast like a robot and spoon feed every answer for the question they ask....they think that they r D only best debuggers....useless guys....
