Ericsson interview questions

I applied through a recommendation. The process was pretty fast and seemed to go very professional. Fist interview: phone call with an HR recruiter. The usual questions; about 30min. Second interview: interview with a project manager. Usual PM discussions; about 1h. Third interview: conf call with regional PMO managers. Only one way discussion, which took about 1h. I was the only one that could be seen, the respective managers did not turn on the camera for conf call, which I considered very rude. The tone of the discussion was an arrogant one, unidirectional and made in a hurry. Another downside was that they seemed to need a project manager, but on the call they wanted someone with strong technical experience: not what was presented on the website. A final response/conclusion never came, which I take as very unprofessional. I would not have continued the discussen further anyway.

Ericsson conducted campus placement drive in our college on 3rd of December, 2015. The whole process for the drive was divided into 4 parts. 1. Online Test 2. GD 3. Technical 4. HR 1. Online Test : The online test was conducted by CoCubes (quite easy no need to worry & thanks to IndiaBix it helps a lot on that) there was no negative marks but there was a sectional-cut off.
