Interview
They conducted a pen and paper test which consisted of basic aptitude questions. Then, they conducted group discussion in groups of 10-12. After filtering out, they took 1:1 interview and then a HR round.

Question 1
My interviewer did not seem interested on hiring anyone from our campus. He asked questions like list all the components in a laptop and other naive questions that even a 5th standard kid can answer.
A few minutes after I came out of the technical interview, I was told I can leave.

Round 1 consisted of mcq test of 60 mins through co-cubes.
short-listed students then went through round 2 which consisted of group discussion which consisted of basic general topics like online shopping etc.
Then further students were short-listed for technical interview where the interviewer asked max. question based on electronics and then short-listed students were sent for the hr interview where basic hr questions were asked.

Interview
An internal advert is placed on the company job site, shortlisted of the prospective candidate are selected for interview. The hiring manager with the team of interviewer interview those selected candidate, a decision is made of the best outstanding candidate who proceed to the next stage of hiring / release of his/her previous job title and finally an offer process initiated to conclude the process whereby a salary offer / counter offer is made until a common drawn is reached between the candidate and the hiring manager.
