I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson in Dec 2024
Interview
I first had a 20-minute phone call to discuss my interests and experiences. Then, I had a 1-hour in-person technical interview with two senior developers. During the technical interview, I felt like I was in an interrogation room, being bombarded with technical questions non-stop for 50 minutes. I didn’t feel comfortable or at ease.
