Interview
I was hired through the campus recruitment drive. There were a lot of applicants and there were two rounds of interview after passing the initial aptitude test. The first round was the technical round and the second round was the HR round. Very basic questions were asked in both round.
After waiting for few hours, they had announced the results.

Interview
Started with email contact with management of the area I intended to work.
After that we scheduled two interviews by phone. First was more related to personal skills and development goals with HR people. This took around 1 hour and went pretty smoothly.
The second was very technical related to the job requirement with experts and manager from the area. This one was very difficult. I had been working in another domain for 2 years and was not able to answer some questions.

The Process was made in a very professional way. It brings up the expectation of both employer and employee. Employer can acknowledge the employee experiences as well as completence. Employee also can show what their best to fit the position
