Ericsson interview questions

Started with email contact with management of the area I intended to work. After that we scheduled two interviews by phone. First was more related to personal skills and development goals with HR people. This took around 1 hour and went pretty smoothly. The second was very technical related to the job requirement with experts and manager from the area. This one was very difficult. I had been working in another domain for 2 years and was not able to answer some questions.

The Process was made in a very professional way. It brings up the expectation of both employer and employee. Employer can acknowledge the employee experiences as well as completence. Employee also can show what their best to fit the position
