Ericsson interview questions

1. Apply and keep calling the recruitment consultant working at Experis or manpower until you get to speak to them. stay on the phone and wait for ever before they actually come. Explain to them why u think u are a better fit for the role as they generally have no clue. 2. Optionally, if there is a need to meet them, you will have to go to their place and have a chat with them for ½-1 hour where it is typically behavioral analysis. 3. You will have to take up an online pattern matching type of test. Something that basically tests that you are a high school educated human and not a bot. =) 4. Get above 90%ile to hopefully get a call from the hiring manager in ericsson for interview setup. 5. interview at Manger's location, they pay for your transport if you are not from the workplace.

I was recruited through the campus placement . First round was a written round which covered aptitude,verbal and technical questions and next three were technical interview and there was a GD followed by last round HR . HR and interview panel were very professional .
