Interview process consists of two rounds. First round is Technical which is mainly on the core java basics and no rocket science questions. Apart from JAVA they are more interested to know if you have worked in telecom domain specifically OSS/BSS.Second round is managerial where in dicussions are mainly related to the salary expectations

I had joined ericsson as a fresher. the interview consisted of a Technical round (wherein i was asked about the microwave-klystron project i had been working on). The HR interview was a toughie, as the interviewer not only asked me puzzles, but he also tried to check my aptitude for working in a MNC

Interview

telephonic followed by Face-to-Face and HR. Questions based on basic technical questions & working knowledge. All face to face rounds was completed in a single day.The interviewer asked questions on what i had never worked on. Overall a very good experience
