Ericsson interview questions

Phone interview from academic work. They first pick candidates for teams in Ericsson for further interview. I was only asked about basic information of myself that can be found in my CV. And the interviewer told me sth about the team I might be working with and their requirement. The process goes smoothly and my CV was sent to the team in Ericsson later. About one month later, I received an email that I did not get the position since they found more suitable candidate for the position.

Interview was originally scheduled with 6 engineers, each for 45 minutes. While it could have been brutal, they were mostly concerned with how I interacted with the team. In my case, I had already worked with several over the years. Normally there would be a phone interview before reaching this point.
