I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson in Mar 2015
Interview
Process was very simple. I was called up to schedule a phone interview. On the time of the interview I called up the number given to me and was connected to two employees. The interview was rather straight forward. It was a mix of behavioral questions and technical questions. The behavioral questions were all commonly asked questions to gauge how well you work with others and what kind of person you are. The technical questions were all easy enough for the position, nothing too technical was asked.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Paris) in Feb 2012
Interview
The first inteview was with HR manager. He asked questions to understand who you were. They asked about availability to travel abroad for a long time and to difficult countries as well (they could come up with examples, say Nigeria, Angola, Algeria, Lybia). A no is not a good answer... The it came the technical interview where they asked several questions to make sure you have a solid university background. No undergraduate would ever be considered for a job in this company nowadays

Interview
They conducted a phone interview. There were two managers on the call. Friendly, conversational interview. It went well, but did not get any response in spite of follow up mails. They were interested in SAP skills and previous project management experience, and in knowing if you had any specific project ideas for the internship.
