Normal selection process. There were 4 rounds of interview.
1. Normal HR discussion to know about your skillsets.
2. Technical Interview (F:F)
3. Manager Round (Technical/Management questions)
4. HR dicusssion (package discussion & DOJ)
For me, final HR round was so difficult, Since these HR people are so stingy to offer you a good salary package. So, it is better to go for a good and stuborn negotiation.

Manager that hire felt nice and interested in my skills. Did a professional recruitment as following the process. Although HR department person should interview me in the last moment sent me to an outsourced partner instead?!

Question 1
I think the outsourced recruitment partner did a very good job in sense of being professional and give tuff questions. But is was nothing about the vision and culture Ericsson tried to create or maybe they don't have a specific culture or strategy around that?! Just pass the test?
