Ericsson interview questions

Very lengthy, multi step process including case studies, cognitive tests, real life situations e.g. you were given the task to have a meeting with an underperforming employee, coach them into how to increase performance etc

They checked the CV I submitted and then sent an online test. The online test consisted of 3 programming tasks. The tasks were quite lengthy. Maybe the difficulty level was medium in leetcode difficulty level.
