Ericsson interview questions

Ericsson is a great company to work for. I had multiple phone interviews since they wanted to find the right fit for you. After that I was called for an onsite interview where I was again interviewed by 4 different people including the HR. All the interviews were behavioral interviews and some included technical questions. The people are really nice and will make you comfortable. However, the HR are a bit unorganized and communicated details at the last moment or don't communicate details at all.

I have made the interview with a commission of Ericsson Engineers and I talked with them through a call-conference. The interview has been lasted more than one hour and half. The arguments of this interview were been various both technical and knowledge of the environment. Some question about pattern are using by software designers and which are the tools and protocols could be used in the telecommunications .
